Cups are placed in various area of the body and a suction is created in a light, medium or deep hold. The cups will stay where they are placed or can be glided across the tissue for a deeper therapeutic result.
I use medical grade silicone cups in various styles and sizes. Deep to light blood marks and rings are a normal and natural part of cupping therapy.
Cupping & Gua Sha make a fantastic pairing in a session creating an extremely impactful rehabilitation effect.
