A bit ABOUT ANN:

Ann is a passionate advocate for humanity, giving voice to the human experience as a mind/body/spirit practitioner, documentary film maker, holistic educator, and social advocate for the human condition. 

She is not afraid of tackling difficult topics and facilitating hard conversations promoting hope, healing and awareness. She spreads her message of love and human connection through education, awareness, kindness and compassion by  teaching humans how to understand other humans.

Whether she is creating social awareness films or working one-on-one with individuals, she considers herself an articulation artist taking individuals on a journey of emotional excavation to support transformational change & growth.

She combines her unique skills to create a sacred space for individuals to dig deep into the subconscious layers and existential shadows of the psyche guiding them to give voice to their human experience and to share what is discovered. 

Approaching such topics as mental health, homelessness, suicide, trafficking, trauma, ptsd, lgbtqia+, women's issues, domestic violence, grief and more and blends her holistic wisdom with unique skill set. Ann has been personally impacted by  addiction, mental health issues, trauma,  suicide, and losing a child.  

Ann has a Bachelor of Divinity in Ministerial Counseling and Metaphysical Healing, is a published author, a transformational life coach and spiritual consultant. She is Reiki Master Teacher trained in 3 styles of Reiki, including Jikiden Reiki in Kyoto, Japan and had the honor of being a lead instructor at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts for almost 12 years. Ann recently became a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Ann is the mother to three beautiful children Abby, Alannah and Joey, four grandson's and one granddaugher. She lives in Tempe, Arizona with her partner Lindsey, her fluffy grey cat Phillip and her loyal black & white step-dog Levi and her granddog Mesa.
